Housed in a temperature controlled inspection area, our in house inspection equipment includes CNC CMM Inspection, 3D Scanning Equipment, Measuring Arms, Surface Finish and Hardness Testing Machines.
ASSEMBLY
Located between our Inspection and Packing facility, the position of our Assembly area allows for seamless transfer of parts from manufacturing, inspection to assembly and packing.

TTS Precision Engineering Ltd was founded in 2010 by a group of Engineering Professionals with over 50 years of experience. Quickly outgrowing their first premises the company has since moved to the centre of Steel City, Sheffield. Now operating from a 12,000 square foot manufacturing facility occupied by adjoining engineering offices.
Since moving facility consistent and sustained investment over the years, into equipment, software, and employees has helped us become well established. Now offering a wide range of subcontract services including CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Wire Erosion, Grinding, Fabrication, Balancing, Assembly, Laser Engraving, Inspection, Design and Concept Development. Combining our inhouse capabilities with a long term trusted supply chain allows TTS Precision Engineering to act as a true, one-stop-shop.
